A visit to Souk (“market” in Arabic) with ChicaGourmets!
is more an event than just a fine dining experience. A recent
article in Chicago Social praised Souk as “the kind of place
that makes you want to come back to celebrate a special
occasion with close friends. The warmth of the staff, the
coziness of your surroundings and the exoticism that pervades
both the décor and dishes make you feel as if you’ve been
transported to some seductive casbah in the Mediterranean.”
Chef Daniel Wright, a Chicago native, whose resume includes
Gordon, Blackbird and Zealous, has created a unique menu to
compliment the beautiful and authentic setting.
As an added touch, Chef Wright will select unique North African
wines to be enjoyed with each course.
