Dr. Judi Hollis Dr. Judi Hollis, founder of the nation's first eating disorders unit, has been maintaining her own 70-pound weight loss for 30 years using the mindful eating techniques practiced in her Divine Dine™ video. During this luncheon, you will be guided through each mouthful of your meal to gain insight into your relationship with your body, your attitudes and orientation toward the act of eating, and your love affair with food and life. You will actually experience the act of mindful eating rather than just learning about it. Come prepared to dine with dignity and gain emotional contact with special intimate parts of yourself.

Dr. Hollis is best selling author of Fat Is a Family Affair, Fat & Furious, and Hot & Heavy. While appearing often in the media and lecturing internationally, she serves as clinical consultant to Palm Springs Serenity Retreat, a growth and treatment center for women recovering from all obsessions. Chef Christian Martin is originally from Barcelona and is a prestigious Michelin three-star master chef award winner. He worked at the Ritz-Carlton in Barcelona under the guidance of Gary Danko before coming to America. He describes his cooking style as classical European with foreign influences, as he likes to experiment with other tastes and traditions, including Asian. He integrates his early childhood immersion in Spanish cuisine at his mother’s restaurants with his classical European training.

Riva is a Phil Stefani Signature Restaurant. It’s a fun Italian-American seafood restaurant noted for its delicious fresh fish and spectacular views of the lake and city skyline.


Price is $49.00 per person, for members, or $59.00 for non-members, inclusive.
